The Construction Contract for the Central Square at Terreiro do Paço – Infrastructure and Surfaces, consisted of renewing Praça do Comércio, a famous square in the city of Lisbon. The bituminous mixtures included synthetic bitumen, and various experimental mixtures were produced at the Tecnovia laboratory, to ensure the desired color was obtained.
