Tecnovia Angola delivers school supplies to 250 children in the municipality of Luvo

 As part of the social responsibility initiative “Tecnovia Angola Cresce Contigo” (Tecnovia Angola Grows with You), the company delivered school supplies to hundreds of children at Primary School No. 402 ZRE-Dobo-Luvo, in the municipality of Luvo, Zaire Province, reinforcing its commitment to the educational development of the communities where it operates.

The initiative brought together 400 children, aged between 5 and 17, and aimed to support the local student community at the start of the school year.

Tecnovia Angola Cresce Contigo is a Tecnovia social responsibility initiative focused on areas that affect children, young people, and education. This program is part of the company’s strategy to actively support communities in the regions where it operates.

Extensive support for the school community

During the charity event, Tecnovia Angola provided an opportunity for socializing and sharing, distributing 400 meals to all the children present. A total of 250 complete school kits were also handed out, primarily to younger students attending pre-primary school, providing them with the essential tools for their educational journey.

The ceremony took place at the Dobo Regency and was attended by local authorities, community members, and representatives from Tecnovia Angola, in an atmosphere of celebration and hope for the children’s future.

Recognition and renewed commitment

This gesture of solidarity was praised by José Luís Amélia, director of the Provincial Education Office in Zaire, who spoke on behalf of the Provincial Governor, Adriano Mendes de Carvalho. He considered the initiative “commendable” and challenged other companies to follow Tecnovia Angola’s example, actively contributing to the well-being and development of local communities.

Eduíno, Tecnovia Angola’s representative in the provinces of Zaire and Cabinda, assured that actions of this nature will continue, emphasizing that they are an integral part of the company’s social responsibility policy and its firm commitment to supporting the communities where it operates.

The event was also attended by municipal directors from the Luvo administration and members of the Dobo community, highlighting the strong local involvement and relevance of this initiative for the educational and social development of the region.
