Tecnovia signs training protocol with King Ceasor University
Tecnovia has formalized a training protocol with King Ceasor University in Uganda, reinforcing its commitment to skills development, talent enhancement, and closer ties between academia and the business sector.

The protocol was signed on 10 June 2026 at King Ceasor University. The ceremony was attended by the University’s Chancellor, Dr. King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga, Vice Chancellor Dr. Charity Basaza Mulenga, and members of the university’s management team. Tecnovia was represented by José Guilherme Canas da Costa, International Markets Director, Carlos Martins, Commercial Manager, and Miranda Kabatsi, Legal and Communications Manager.
Protocol aims to create training and development opportunities
The agreement is intended to create concrete academic and professional development opportunities for students through internships, practical on-site training, workshops, seminars, and other applied learning activities, helping better prepare them for the demands of the labour market.
In addition to the training component, the protocol also foresees the possibility of integrating young graduates into Tecnovia, as well as access to international mobility opportunities within the Group for top-performing profiles, subject to applicable requirements.
