Tecnovia launches L4b: New Brand Marking Over 50 Years of Laboratory Excellence

Tecnovia announces the launch of L4b, the new brand that consolidates more than five decades of experience from its Materials and Construction Laboratory. This brand identity marks an important moment in the recognition of a technical competence that is fundamental to the company’s excellence in the construction sector.

L4B is Tecnovia’s strategic commitment to responding to the growing needs of customers and the challenges of more resilient construction, with a focus on quality control of construction materials and works.

Specialised team dedicated to ensuring quality

The laboratory sector currently has around 15 employees, spread across different areas of expertise: concrete, bituminous mixtures, aggregates and soils. L4B carries out conformity assessment tests on materials and construction works, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as CE marking, design specifications and customer requirements.

National coverage with total mobility

L4b operates through four fixed laboratories strategically located in Viseu, Rio Maior, Évora and Ourique. In addition to these facilities, the team has the capacity to travel to any point in mainland Portugal, ensuring an immediate response whenever necessary. Each facility is equipped with qualified staff and advanced technology to meet the most demanding needs of the sector.
