Tecnovia Brasil is incorporated and begins operations with a quarry, and the production of aggregates and bituminous mixtures, in Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

We participate in the 2004 European Football Championship, with the construction of various infrastructures at the new José de Alvalade stadium – Alvalade XXI, and a new stadium in the Algarve.

In the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the first phases of the E.R. 104 bypass are completed, in the town of Ribeira Brava and Rosário / São Vicente, and construction begins on the second phase of the bypass, Rosário / São Vicente – 2nd phase and town of Ribeira Brava – 2nd Phase – Section II.
