QAS Meeting brings the team together for a day of learning

The QAS Meeting brought together Tecnovia‘s Quality, Environment and Safety team from mainland Portugal for a day dedicated to knowledge sharing, aligning objectives and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.

The morning featured a working session focused on key topics supporting the ongoing development of internal processes. It provided an opportunity to share expertise, encourage collaboration across the team and reinforce everyone’s commitment to common goals.

Team-Building Activity

The afternoon was dedicated to an outdoor team-building activity called the “QAS Sprint“. Working in teams, participants completed a circuit of themed stations, taking on technical and collaborative challenges related to Quality, Environment and Safety.

In a relaxed yet engaging learning environment, the activity helped consolidate knowledge, strengthen teamwork and encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences among colleagues.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to bring people together, learn from one another and strengthen collaboration across the team.
