New App for Municipal Solid Waste Collection in Lagoa, Ribeira Grande and Vila Franca do Campo

The FCC/Tecnovia Consortium, responsible for the collection and transport of municipal solid waste in the municipalities of Lagoa, Ribeira Grande and Vila Franca do Campo, has launched a new mobile app that is set to transform the way residents interact with the service provider.

This innovative digital tool makes communication direct, simple and efficient, placing residents just one click away from the team responsible for waste management in their area.

Through this new intuitive platform, residents of these three municipalities on the island of São Miguel now have a direct channel to report:

• Problems with waste containers
• Waste-related issues
• Accidents
• Complaints

Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, the app enables faster and more efficient responses to residents’ needs. It supports the prompt management of reported issues and helps ensure a higher standard of service through real-time communication.

How to use the app

To use the app, simply download the version for your municipality (Lagoa, Ribeira Grande or Vila Franca do Campo) by scanning the relevant QR code.
