Tecnovia builds “Vila Viva” Project in Vila Franca de Xira

Tecnovia S.A. started the construction of Vila Viva, a private condominium located in Vila Franca de Xira, that brings a new concept of functionality and convenience to this region.

With a privileged view over the Tagus river, Vila Viva comprises 2 residential blocks, arranged in 5 elevated floors and roof, in a total of 85 apartments with types T1 to T4. Each block has a semi-buried floor for parking and storage.

Vila Viva has a large outdoor leisure area, with green spaces, a mini basketball court and playground, a party room and reception, designed to enjoy leisure and outdoor activities.

The construction will take 24 months.
