Tecnovia Cabo Verde is taking part in the 1st CEP–Uni-CV Job Fair

Tecnovia Cabo Verde took part in the first edition of the CEP–Uni-CV Job Fair, organised by the University of Cape Verde (Uni-CV) through its School of Business and Governance (ENG), in partnership with the Portugal–Cape Verde Business Council (CEP-CV).

The event took place at the Palmarejo Grande Campus in Praia and brought together students, final-year students and recent graduates with companies operating between Portugal and Cape Verde.

Bridging the gap between academia and the labour market

The fair provided an opportunity to strengthen the link between the university and the business community, fostering dialogue on market needs, the skills most valued by companies, and the participants’ prospects for entering the workforce.

Throughout the event, there were numerous opportunities for discussion and interaction between the young people in attendance and the participating organisations, in an atmosphere characterised by the exchange of experiences and the exploration of future opportunities.
