The Tecnovia Know-It-Alls are back!

On 7 February, Tecnovia celebrated another anniversary with what has now become a special tradition: the “Tecnovia Know-It-Alls” Competition (in portuguese: “Concurso Sabichões Tecnovia”). The second edition of the challenge once again brought together employees from all the regions where the Group operates in a contest of knowledge and team spirit.

A quiz that brings regions together

The format was entirely online, allowing participants from mainland Portugal, the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Autonomous Region of the Azores, Cape Verde, Uganda and Angola to compete simultaneously, side by side, regardless of the physical distance separating them.

The quiz put participants to the test with questions about Tecnovia, its history, the projects it has developed and the values that guide the Group.

Six regions, six winners

In the end, six winners were selected, one from each region, who received a prize for their performance and knowledge of the company.

The “Tecnovia Know-it-alls” quiz has thus established itself as a celebration that goes far beyond the company’s anniversary: it is an opportunity to bring teams together, share knowledge and strengthen the sense of belonging to the Group, connecting employees from different continents through a shared experience.
