Tecnovia Madeira elected best construction company

Tecnovia Madeira was distinguished as the best company in the construction sector in the Autonomous Region of Madeira for its contribution to the economy.

It was also elected the 2nd largest company in the region in the dimension criterion, a prize received in the six previous editions of the ‘500 largest’.

Awarded within the scope of the 32nd edition of the Awards for the 500 largest companies in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, this initiative annually distinguishes companies based in the region, taking into account their economic and financial evolution and taking into account a specific matrix of criteria.

The ‘500 greatest’ Awards is an organization of the Diário de Notícias da Madeira, in partnership with ECAM, Previsão and PFK-Madconta.

Informa D&B was the entity responsible for the research, collection, and processing of data from the ‘500 largest’ for the year 2020.

The award ceremony took place on December 9 at the Savoy Palace hotel. It was attended by numerous representatives of the organization, the business fabric, the Regional Government, with Vice Admiral Henrique Gouveia e Melo as an invited speaker, who led the ‘task force’ of vaccination against covid-19 in Portugal.

Tecnovia Madeira was represented by Eng.º Luís Damião, who, as CEO, received the two awards from the 500 largest companies in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
