In 2013, Tecnovia Ecuador marked the beginning of our presence on the American continent.

Specializing in engineering and construction, we stand out for our challenging projects, such as the demolition of the Magap building, known as “La Licuadora”, in the center of Guayaquil.

With 33 floors (30 above ground and 3 underground) and 93 meters high, this project was one of the biggest engineering challenges in the country. The contract included the mechanical demolition of the building, the transport of the remaining materials to an authorized dump and the recycling of the waste, reflecting our commitment to transforming complex challenges into sustainable and innovative solutions.
