Tecnovia Açores is going to construct a five-star hotel in São Miguel, in the Azores.

Tecnovia Açores S.A. to build the new five star hotel in Ribeira Grande, on the island of São Miguel.

THE HOTEL VERDE MAR & SPA – MONTE VERDE will have a total area of 12 000 m2, 3 floors and 153 rooms, in harmony with the surrounding environment. The hotel will have a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, restaurant, conference room for 150 people, game rooms and green zones. Renewable energy is very much a part of the project, which seeks to minimise the environmental impact of the hotel.
