Part of Projeto Praia – “Casas para Todos” [homes for all project], the contracts involved the construction of turn-key social apartments, including the external infrastructure and accesses, in the city of Praia.

Our first project was the construction of 72 apartments in Ponta de Água, which was immediately followed by the construction of 564 apartments in Achada Limpo.
