In the Industrial Facilities at Areeiro, on the island of Flores, Tecnovia Açores produces aggregates, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete and bituminous mixtures, which have been used in several important contracts on the island.
Production and quality control is performed by the Tecnovia Açores laboratory in compliance with applicable testing standards.
The quality management systems at Areeiro are NP EN ISO 9001 certified, aggregates and bituminous mixtures bear CE marking in compliance with harmonised product standards, and the ready-mix concrete is EN 206-1 certified.
