Description

The renewal of the public space along Alameda Manuel Ricardo Espírito Santo, an area known as Fonte Nova, was part of the programme “A Square in Every Neighborhood”, covering 33 495 m2.

The project made Fonte Nova more like a square, creating esplanades for existing commerce and increasing pedestrian areas by reducing the parking area, which was reorganised, as was the road network.
