WOOD PELLETS

In the production of Ocean Pellets, at the São Miguel plant, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, raw material of 100% natural origin is used, that is a by-product of the forest.

Ocean Pellets are a cylindrical organic fuel, with a high calorific value, low in humidity and ash, which allows efficient combustion with a high energy value.

PELLETS

The pelletizing line has a productive capacity of 3 tons per hour, manufacturing wood pellets from wood logs, using raw materials local to the region and promoting renewable energy and the circular economy.

Ocean Pellets Tecnovia can be supplied in big bags with a capacity of 100 kg or bagged in 15 kg bags.

Tecnovia Ambiente is aiming to achieve certification of Ocean Pellets according to internationally harmonised requirements recognised throughout the industry within the ENplus system.
